Yesterday, The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) presented findings from a national survery on the usage of one of today’s biggest selling technologies: portable devices such as MP3 players, portable CD players, and the groundbreaking iPod. The study states that more than half of high school students surveyed reported at least one symptom of hearing loss, compared to nearly 40 per cent of adults.
